How do you rally a nation that has seen so much despair since the last time they won the World Cup 58 years ago? By taking a sad song and making it better. Right before Euro 2024, adidas launched a campaign with Jude Bellingham, the incredibly talented 20 year old, who is the new hope of England.
The spot not only reignited hope in the UK, but also helped put “Hey Jude” into stadiums- where it became one of the fan anthems of the tournament. England did not win the cup, but adidas has won English hearts.
